We are located at the historic Culver Rd Armory off the 490.

What are your hours of operation?
Of course, shop-peppermint.com is up and running 24/7, but our office is only open Monday through Thursday 9a–6p and Friday 9a-1p EST. We are also closed on all federal holidays. Our charming Armory store front is open Monday–Saturday 11a– 7p EST as well as Sunday 11a– 5p EST.

How can I contact you?
The most efficient way to contact us is to email info@shop-peppermint.com or call/text (585) 532-8132. We receive numerous calls a day so if we do not answer please leave a message and a customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

Are all of the items on your website also in-store?
Yes!  For questions regarding in-store inventory, please give our store front a call (or text) to check for availability.

Sign Up & Your Account

Do I need to create a login to shop?
Nope! Feel free to check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account. It will speed up the process for future orders and allow you to keep up with your order status. It also reduces the chances of accidentally having a type-o in your shipping/billing address. 

What if I forget my password?
No problem, you can retrieve your password by selecting the “Lost Password” link on the login page. If you still need a little help, remember you can always shoot us an email at info@shop-peppermint.com for extra help!

Is your website secure?
Yes, our site is secure. On any page where we ask you to enter personal information, we use secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication. We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. Happy shopping!

 

Orders

Should I receive an email and tracking number after placing an order?
Yes, you will receive 2 separate emails. The first email confirms your order was received and is processing. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a second email with a tracking number, or local pick up confirmation. If you do not receive either of these emails, please add info@shop-peppermint.com to your email address book.
