Now Hiring: Part-Time Keyholder
As a Keyholder, you’ll be a trusted part of our small team — opening and closing the shop, supporting daily operations, and helping our customers feel right at home. You’re someone our team can count on, and someone our regulars will love seeing walk through the door.
Schedule:

Fixed days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $18-$18.50/ hour
What You’ll Do
• Open and close the boutique, including cash handling and alarm/security procedures
• Provide friendly, personalized service that keeps customers coming back
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and keeping the floor looking beautiful
• Support the team during busy periods and step up when a manager isn’t on-site
• Help cultivate the warm, community feel that makes our shop special
Requirements:

Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion or a customer-facing role.

Strong organizational and communication skills

Confident decision-making and leadership abilities

Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays

We're Hiring: Part-Time Sales associate (THIS POSITION IS PERMANENT NOT SEASONAL).
Schedule: Tuesday – Sunday | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $17/hour
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face our customers are greeted by — helping them find pieces they love, keeping the shop looking its best, and contributing to the welcoming atmosphere that sets us apart from the big guys.
What You’ll Do
• Welcome customers warmly and provide thoughtful, personalized styling assistance
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
• Assist with restocking, merchandising, and maintaining a tidy, inviting store
• Build genuine relationships with our regulars and make new customers feel at home
• Support the team with day-to-day tasks and contribute to a positive shop culture
What We’re Looking For
• A people person who lights up in a customer-facing environment
• An eye for style and a genuine interest in fashion
• Dependable, punctual, and a true team player
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
• Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
