Peppermint Key Holder

We are looking for an experienced Key Holder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening and closing the stores, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Keyholder will also be responsible for training new staff, developing store policies and procedures, and maintaining inventory levels.

Store location operating hours: 11-6 Tue - Sat and 11-4 Sun/Mon

Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales performance and take corrective action as needed.
• Train, motivate, and develop staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure adequate supply of products.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to review store performance and set goals.

Job Type: Part-time 20-25hr/week

Pay: $16.50 - $17 per hour

Peppermint Storefront Sales Associate
