Now Hiring: Part-Time Manager / Operations Coordinator
We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Manager or Operations Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (4 days per week). This key role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys leading a team with confidence and care.
Schedule:

Fixed days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (24 hours/week)
Pay: $20/hour
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and serve as the main point of contact during your shift

Manage inventory intake, organization, and related systems

Address HR and team-related matters such as scheduling, conflict resolution, and internal communication

Train and onboard new staff
-
Foster a positive, productive, and well-organized work environment
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a managerial or operations role

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Confident decision-making and leadership abilities
-
Comfortable taking initiative and managing a team independently

Schedule: Tuesday – Sunday | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $17-$18 hour
Join our boutique team as a Sales Team Leader! You’ll guide our sales staff, create great customer experiences, and help with daily store operations, including opening/closing duties. Perfect for someone who loves fashion, teamwork, and supporting local business.
